Accessibility Statement

Lyons, Doughty & Veldhuis P.C. / P.A. is mindful of everyone who may visit our site, which is why we have designed and developed our website to be accessible for people of all abilities and disabilities. Our goal is to always optimize accessibility to assist older audiences and anyone who may have visual, hearing, cognitive, or motor impairments.

Accessibility Assistance

While we have taken every step to ensure our website is compatible with assistive technology, we do understand that issues may arise. If you experience problems accessing information on this website, please contact us by email at or by phone:

Please provide your contact information, the nature of your accessibility problem, the best format in which to receive the material on our site, and the URL of the requested material. This will help us to best assist you.

Website Design Features

In order to maintain compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and ensure an optimal experience for all visitors to our site, we regularly review guideline changes and assess current assistive technology. If we see the need to introduce new editorial and design requirements to optimize our websites’ accessibility, we will implement those features to assist users who have special needs or use assistive devices. Those features may include the following:

  • User-friendly and consistent navigation with menus in the same location on all pages.
  • Alt tags on all image links.
  • Major browser compatibility. We generally only support the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer, so only use it at your own risk.
  • Logical document structures to assist screen readers, Braille readers, and other assistive devices.
  • Dynamic resizing of the website to fit any screen size.
