Nathan D. Willner, obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1986, he also completed course work at the Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore Maryland from 1982-83. Nathan obtained his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1990 and was admitted to the practice of law in Maryland in 1990. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland (1991), the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (1991) and the United States Tax Court (1992).
Nathan is of Counsel to the firm, manages the firm’s Maryland office and concentrates his practice through out the State of Maryland in the areas of consumer retail litigation, loan workout and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy. He is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (where he served as a member of the board of directors in 2005) and The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
Nathan is also active in his community, he was appointed by the Governor to the Citizen’s Review Board for Children for Baltimore City from 2001-2005. He presently serves as an officer of the Baltimore Jewish Council (BJC). The BJC is the community relations and political arm of THE ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. He is also on the board of directors of the Greater Baltimore Community Housing Resource Board and has served on numerous other community service boards and committees.
