She is also admitted to practice in the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Hillary is admitted to practice in Delaware and also has been admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the District of Delaware. She concentrates her practice in the areas of consumer commercial litigation, loan workout, replevins and confiscations bankruptcy and is also experienced in foreclosures. She also clarified the priority interest of secured lienholders vis-à-vis garagekeepers in the reported Appellate Division decision of Midlantic Bank v. Wood. More recently, Hillary was able to simplify the procedures for obtaining wage executions in the reported New Jersey Supreme Court decision of First Resolution v. Seeker.
